Purchase of an original painting or print DOES NOT transfer the copyrights. The artist Judy Pickett reserves the right to create printed reproductions of her original works for sale.
Return Policy
I will always try to work with you to make your experience a wonderful one and to make sure you are happy with your new piece! If your item is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me right away (and send along photos so that I can file an insurance claim). You may choose a new piece or I can issue you a refund (less shipping charges).

If you are simply unhappy with your item, you may return it within 7 business days. Please package the item in exactly the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you (you may reuse the packaging). I will email you my mailing address to return the item. Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility. Once I have the item in good condition, I can proceed with a refund (less shipping charges) or with choosing a new piece (of equal or lesser value).

If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final. You will be given a chance to collaborate during the development of the piece.

If you elect to sign up for my newsletter your email address will be shared with the email marketing service on Wix for the sole purpose of providing you with content in direct relation to me, Judy Pickett. It will not be used for any other purpose, and you may opt out at anytime by emailing me at judy.pickett@icloud.com.
Shop
If you purchase a piece of art from this website you will be required to submit your credit card information, email address and mailing address to Square. The only information I, Judy Pickett, will have access to is your email address (for communication purposes if there are any questions that pertains to your order) and your mailing address so that I can fulfill your order.
When you make a purchase from this site you are also allowing me to share your mailing address with a shipping service (such as UPS, USPS or FedEx) so that they can act as a courier and deliver your painting/print to you.
What personal information does Judy Pickett retain?
This website strives to be completely transparent on what information is stored and how it is used.
If you have signed up for my newsletter I will have access to your given email address so that I can communicate with you through my montly newsletter.
