Using Negatives

Description

This workshop will teach about the alternative photography method know as cyanotype.  All my workshops can be taught as a series or individual.

Class size: 6-8 students would be ideal.

Classroom needs: workshop can be done outside, tables and access to water are needed.

Expectations and Goals

Workshop II, Using Negatives  2-3hrs

Students will learn to develop cyanotype photographs from negatives.

Students will see a demonstration of how to turn a digital image into a negative.

Students will get hands on practice:                          

Developing cyanotypes from their own digital  photos  (digital images will be sent to teacher prior to class, teacher will make negatives for up to three images each.)

Workshop I is helpful but not a pre-requisite for this workshop.
